This 7-cell battery is for use with select models of AEG's. The 8.4V battery operates at a capacity of 1500mAh. This economy battery is usable in many models of AEG's and offers discount prices compared to some of the name brand batteries. The Ni-Cad battery doesn't offer the resistance to "memory effect" as the NiMH batteries but are a cheaper battery and good quality for the price.
